Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Anthem Classic packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
